Mark Ishii to put voice acting career on hiatus

Mark Ishii is going to put his voice acting career on hiatus to recover from Adjustment disorder​.

In a brief statement, Just Production Inc., talent agency that housed Mark Ishii, announced that after discussing with him, both parties came to the conclusion that the best outcome was to part ways. With that being said, the company confirmed the termination of Mark Ishii‘s contract.

Mark Ishii was recently diagnosed with Adjustment disorder, a stress-related condition.

According the statement released by Ishii on his twitter account, he is currently in poor health and will go on hiatus with the intentions of recovering and coming back to his work as a seiyuu.
