Happy New Year! As it’s been common on THTFHQ, we’re back with a new Oricon Weekly roundup.

This article covers the fourth week of December – which includes singles/albums released between 25/12/2017 and 31/12/2017.

Trignal “Back To Basic” loses ground

Trignal‘s second full length album “Back to Basic” almost slipped out of top 50 in the past week. The album, initially occupying #11, is now on #47 with little over 12.ooo copies sold.

Oricon Weekly Single ranking

NEW ENTRY: Fling Posse grab first top 15 spot in the Hypnosis Mic franchise

The last crew part of Hypnosis Mic‘s rap battle project had an impressive week on Oricon. Fling Posse‘s single debuted within top 10 on Oricon Daily, having a consistent first week of sales. “Fling Posse -F.P.S.M-” earned its spot as the only single, out of all Hypnosis Mic‘s crew releases, that ranked within top 15 on Oricon Weekly. The single earned a solid #11 spot with 4.496 copies sold.

NEW ENTRY: Pythagoras Spectacle Tour Vol.3 DOGGY BLACK

The last release part of the MARGINAL #4 Spectacle Tour series managed to grab a spot on this week’s Oricon chart. DOGGY BLACK, special sub-unit consisting of counts with Naozumi TakahashiShouta Aoi and Yuto Suzuki, is the only one part of the Spectacle Tour series that managed to enter Oricon Weekly’s top 50. DOGGY BLACK occupies #48.

Idolmaster SideM’s Beit, W and S.E.M recover during the holidays

After slipping on the charts, Idolmaster SideM‘s units S.E.M, Beit and W are back in force on Oricon weekly, with all of them recovering several places in comparison with last week’s.
