TRIGGER release snippet of new song + spin off anime greenlit

For those fans of the IDOLiSH7 franchise and especially, TRIGGER, these are good news for you. A spin off anime about TRIGGER was greenlit today and a new song preview is out.

It was announced today on IDOLiSH7‘s official twitter account that a spin off anime series was greenlit as a Youtube Originals anime series. This series is supposed to be a prequel to the IDOLiSH7 anime series that is going to premiere in January. According to the description on the video as well as the official tweet, through this spin off fans will get an insight TRIGGER‘s formation and growth into the sexy 3 piece group that they currently are.

The spin off anime is titled “TRIGGER 〜before The Radiant Glory〜“. The series is going to be exclusively distributed on Youtube. Still without a premiere date set (will premiere in 2018, that is certain), through the short preview video, fans get a first look into the visuals of the series as well as a first listen to TRIGGER‘s new song.

More details about this series and the new song will certainly be unveiled in the upcoming months. Make sure to check our website for more updates.

On another note: IDOLiSH7’s anime series premieres on 01/01/2018. Opening and ending themes for the series are going to be released during the first quarter of 2018. A PS Vita game is scheduled to be released in 2018 as well.
