Shouta Aoi, Hiroshi Kamiya, SOARA, SolidS, 2Wink, UNDEAD and A3 Spring & Summer troupes shine on Oricon Weekly.

Let’s take a look at the data.
Oricon Weekly Album ranking
Shouta Aoi claims another top 10 spot
Shouta Aoi‘s impressive second album “Ø” performed rather well during October’s second week. The album was mostly occupying top 10 spots on Oricon daily’s rankings.
The album ranked #7 on Oricon Weekly, underperforming in comparison with his first album “S” (that ranked #4 on Oricon Weekly), still this is yet another top 10 for Aoi, showing his popularity in Japan. You can read our review HERE.
A3! troupes charting comfortably
After the first week’s boom that enabled A3!‘s Spring and Summer troupes to snatch two top 10 spots, the units drop to top 20 on the second week of October. Interesting enough both continue to chart back to back (#16 and #17).
Oricon Weekly Single ranking
Hiroshi Kamiya snatches his first ever top 3
Hiroshi Kamiya‘s new single “Kamisama Connection” was met with a surprisingly good reaction from his fans and managed to snatch not only another top 10 spot on Oricon Weekly from Kamiya but also his first ever top 3 release.
We’ve reviewed the single but were throughly unimpressed by the lack of quality, among other issues on it. You can read our review HERE.
Despite what our opinion on this release is, congratulations are in order for snatching such a high rank on Oricon Weekly.
Ensemble stars units drop some places but still are still charting smoothly
UNDEAD debuted at #4 on the first week of October. For the second week of October their single dropped to #15.
