Natsuki Hanae is set to make his solo debut in September

natsuki

The multi-talented seiyuu and vocal powerhouse is already well known in the seiyuu fandom across the world. He’s been part of a multitude of music projects in these past few years – the most successful being SolidS – and his trademark delicate high note hitting abilities haven’t gone unnoticed to everyone, earning him a shot at singing an anime opening as a solo artist.

Natsuki Hanae is going to make his first solo release this summer under Nippon Columbia.

Hanae‘s single is titled “Seishun wa Zankoku Janai” and is scheduled to be released on 07/09/2016. The title track is going to be featured as the opening track for summer anime “Saiki Kusuo no Psi-nan“. The single is set to be released in two editions: regular and limited.

The contents for each edition are the following:

  • Regular edition: CD only
  • Limited edition: CD + DVD (music video)

The cover art, tracklist and teaser video are still unknown. As soon as the details are revealed, we’ll update this news.

[Natsuki has stated on his twitter account that this isn’t his official solo debut, still it’s his first incursion as a solo artist.]

Seishun wa Zankoku Janai” is already available for pre-order on CDJAPAN for all overseas fans.

  1. Thanks for posting~ can you kindly explain which TRIGGER you mean, since all I can think of is TRIGGER from IDOLiSH7 game which… he is not part of the cast..

Also, what do you mean by solo debut? Since Hanae said himself on twitter that this isn’t exactly his ‘artist debut’ yet, so I’m wondering what you mean by ‘solo debut’…

I would like to share your article on the Hanae fanpage on facebook once those points are clarified~ if not I may share it with a few notes of my own so I’m not potentially spreading wrong information. Thanks~

    1. First of all: Thanks for visiting our website! Regarding TRIGGER, yeah he’s not part of, we mistaken him for Saito Soma (our bad). Regarding the solo debut: It’s been reported by CDjapan and Amazon as this being his solo debut (Especially CDJapan). But if Natsuki has said it isn’t, then those two online stores are mistaken. Then this solo debut will only be like “a first time singing solo for an anime opening” kind of thing. We hope there’s an official confirmation on this in the near future. We’ve corrected those points and if you want, you can share this news. Thanks for reaching out to us!
